Noise, Dust and Vibration Monitoring
Four unattended monitors (M1 to M4) on neighbouring buildings measure noise, dust and vibration. Each month SHAPE publishes the readings from the SiteHive monitors here, checked against the criteria in the development consent for each receiver. Attended noise surveys are also undertaken in response to community concerns.
The first monthly monitoring report will be published after the first full month of construction.
Audits and Annual Compliance Reports
Independent Environmental Audit reports are published with DigiCo's formal response, a few times a year. Annual Compliance Reports are published within 60 days of submission to the Planning Secretary.
